This event is in collaboration with Ms. Sabrina Greenlee (mother of TN Titans DeAndre Hopkins) and her organization S.M.O.O.O.T.H, a non-profit organization focused on raising awareness about the effects of domestic violence; and, the Tennessee Department of Health. Goal of event is to provide a safe space for underserved women who have experienced life trauma such as domestic violence or sex trafficking and are trying to find a path back to a healthier lifestyle.

Training for Qualified Supervisor Designation in Tennessee
Are you a Tennessee licensed clinician seeking a qualified clinical supervisor designation? The Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association (TLPCA) is providing the required 12-hour training to become an approved clinical supervisor to supervise clinicians working towards LPC-MHSP licensure February 2-3, 2024 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This is the first of the 2024 training dates and locations.
This two-day in-person training will cover the foundational elements of becoming a counselor supervisor as required by Tennessee Board for Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Marital and Family Therapists, and Licensed Clinical Pastoral Therapists. Attendees may choose to attend one day only.
Tennessee Approved Supervisors please note: Attending one day of training could qualify for the required 3-hours of continuing education units of counseling supervision needed every two years. For further information and to register: https://tlpca.net/training/
Parent Mental Health Workshop
The Parent Mental Health Workshop is dedicated to parents and caregivers. It is a place to ask questions, gather information, and become familiar with local mental health resources for students and caregivers. During the workshop you will receive tips on how to promote resilience and reduce anxiety, obtain information on children and youth mental health, and access free mental health screenings.
Light refreshments will be served. Our goal is have you leave informed and empowered.
